Offers:

Oral offers are not binding. Offers in writing are only submitted to the customer after perusal of the text to be translated. Offer prices do not include cash expenses. The effective rates (without cash expenses/VAT) can deviate from the offer price by up to 10%.

Placing of order

Unless otherwise agreed, the translation assignment is awarded with the customer’s order, and receipt of the text to be translated. If the assignment is given by a third person, without written authority from the customer, then this third person is jointly liable for proper fulfilment of the contract.

Payment terms:

Invoices are to be paid net cash within 30 days.

Complaints

Complaints about a translation must be lodged within 15 days of its receipt. Otherwise the translation is deemed to be approved. In the case of a justified complaint, Fortuna Übersetzungen will have the text reworked or will have the text translated by a different translator. Further demands by the customer are expressly excluded.

Delivery deadlines

Delivery deadline guarantees must be specifically agreed. Otherwise delivery will take place as soon as possible.

Prices

The text category of a translation will be assigned by Fortuna Übersetzungen and carried out in the above-mentioned price categories. The customer will be informed accordingly. All prices are excluding VAT. Subject to price alteration.
